Organic farming practices and the omission of added sulfur yield high-energy wines with a lot to say. This vintage of Chill Pill is insanely drinkable and juicy, while showing a lot of texture, ripe fruit and a silky soft mouthfeel. There is wax, lanolin, lemon curd, whetstone and wool on the palate, with a punch of pineapple creaminess.

Carignan was foot crushed whole-cluster and placed on the bottom of the stainless steel tank while uncrushed whole bunch Petite Sirah was placed on top of the Carignan. The Petite Sirah was a true carbonic maceration in a stainless tank for two weeks. The wines were pressed separately and blended together after fermentation for seven months elevage in a 5000L fiberglass tank before being bottled unfined & unfiltered. Subject to Change Unsung Hero is a blend of 45% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne,  and 25% Viognier. The fruit was all picked on the same day.

Alex’s intention is for the consumer to have a pure interpretation of the wine, as if drinking directly from the vine, but most of all he wants his California juice to be enjoyed! “Wild Child” comes from Upton Vineyards’ CCOF Petite Sirah vines and Dorn Vineyards’ CCOF https://turbo-tax.org/subject-to-change-2020/ Carignan both planted in the 1960s. • The wine was briefly settled in the tank before being barreled down to a combination of 225L and 500L neutral barrels/puncheons.

Our version of a nouveau, this 100% carbonic Zinfandel is so easy, so crushable, you’ll love it to the moon and back! Light enough to take a chill (which we highly recommend!), but with enough body to pair with a meal. This will give young people, parents, carers, teachers and employers the chance to answer the big questions they are asking about where education and learning goes next, and to work together to find solutions. We led an ambitious national listening exercise to understand how the public was thinking and feeling about education and learning. And we launched the Big Education Conversation, a national campaign to get more people – especially young people (aged 13 to 25), parents and carers – talking about what education is really for and where it should go next.
